How much does it cost?

Each session is £50.

How long is each counselling session?

A counselling session lasts for fifty minutes.

Where are you located?

I practice from a cosy home office in Woodley, Rg5. This is conveniently located not far from Reading, Wokingham and Early. I'm about a two minute drive from the Showcase Cinema

Where is best to park?

There is ample free on street parking.

What times are you available?

I currently see clients Monday to Friday, daytimes and evenings.

What happens in each session?

The first session is an opportunity for both of us to decide if I'm the right counsellor for you, I'll talk through what you can expect, explaining things like our confidentiality agreement. The counselling itself is your time and space to talk about whatever feels important to you. You can read more about my style of counselling here.

How regularly will we meet?

Normally we would meet once a week, and we can continue to meet for as long as you feel is necessary. This might mean only one or two sessions, or a longer commitment - it's really up to you. I will review our time together at regular intervals to ensure that your counselling sessions are meeting your needs.
